I am your local professional resource promoting health and wellness through proper nutrition. I provide services to individuals and groups in private settings in Northeastern Connecticut and Rhode Island. My goal is to assess your nutritional status to help manage or prevent health issues.

Smart eating is the choice for active living. Nutrition needs change throughout the life cycle. I could customize a plan for you with your goals as the focus. Hours 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. with evening and weekend appointments available only in the Putnam location. I do make house calls or will travel to your office!

   My Credentials:

- Graduate of the University of Connecticut, B.S. Nutritional Sciences;

- Completed a 1200 hour CADE approved dietetic internship at the Southcoast Hospitals Group in Southeast Massachusetts;

- Fully licensed and insured and ready to meet your needs!

Services offered

Individual and Group Counseling

Think of me as your personal traveling wellness and nutrition expert. My counseling services include individual and group sessions in private settings. My services include family nutrition counseling, low fat food demonstrations, food safety and lectures. Consultation services available for long-term care facilities, schools, corporate wellness, clinics, child or adult daycare, or any licensed state program. I am a per diem consultant to long-term care facilities and other health care providers. Please contact me to conduct in-service talks your company may require.
